Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We currently offer delivery only within Finland. We are working on expanding our delivery options - but if you want to get your hands on Vento and you live elsewhere, you can always email us at info@vento-clothing.fi and we’ll try to figure it out!

All domestic orders in Finland are shipped via Economy Post. Delivery on orders over 200€ is free. Otherwise, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Approximate delivery times depend on our current workload. Our working days are Monday-Friday.

Preparing your order from date of order takes 1-2 business days + shipping via Posti 1-3 business days. You'll receive your garments in 2-5 business days.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

 

Can I change the shipping information once I have placed my order? 

Once the payment has been complete, the order is being processed and can not be cancelled. After this, the shipping address cannot be changed. If there has been a mistake when providing the shipping information, please contact us asap at info@vento-clothing.fi
