Refund policy

RETURNS

Please contact info@vento-clothing.fi when wanting to return garments. Your package will not be included with any return slips in advance.

All unused garments in their original condition can be returned for a refund of the original purchase price of the product. The shipping cost will not be refunded. You can return unused garments within 14 days of receiving the garment. All tags must be attached. Quality check is performed on all returned items before refund. 

Please note! The cost of return shipping or additional fees such as duties and taxes are not included in the refund. The shipping cost of the return will be deducted from the refund total. Refund is made with the same payment method used when ordering.

It usually takes a few business days to process the refund. The duration of the refund can be affected by the fact that money is transferred between banks.

 

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange the size of an item you purchased, please send us an email to info@vento-clothing.fi. Exchange is free. All unused garments in their original condition can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the garment. All tags must be attached.

Please include your order number and the product you'd like to exchange in the email. If the product you'd like to exchange is in stock, we will hold the item for you. As soon as we've received and quality checked your return, we will ship it to the address of your original order.
